Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, using The BIG OS, purchasing a product, or connecting a payment account, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Platform services
The BIG OS provides software tools that help users create, publish, manage, sell, and deliver digital products. Sellers remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, licensing, and fulfillment of the products they offer.
Accounts and acceptable use
Users must provide accurate information and protect their login credentials. The platform may not be used for fraud, infringement, malware, unlawful products, deceptive claims, harassment, or any activity prohibited by Stripe or applicable law.
Fees and payments
Enrollment charges, platform percentages, and other fees are shown before enrollment or checkout. Payment-processing fees may also apply. Sellers authorize the platform and its payment processor to calculate, collect, and distribute applicable amounts.
Community participation
Signed-in users may participate in community discussions. Users must not post spam, harassment, threats, unlawful material, deceptive claims, private information, infringing content, or material they do not have the right to share. Community messages are not private. Users may remove their own messages, privately report messages for moderator review, and block other sellers from their community feed. Big Texas Digital LLC may automatically reject apparent spam, threats, abusive content, or sensitive information and may review, restrict, or remove content or access to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with law. The platform does not guarantee that every message will be reviewed before publication.
Founding Builders program
Founding Builders is a limited, opt-in community recognition program. A place may provide a community badge, access to a founders-only discussion room, and the opportunity to provide advisory product feedback. It does not create equity, ownership, revenue sharing, payment rights, fee reductions, employment, or an investment relationship. Big Texas Digital LLC may reasonably adjust or end program activities to protect the community or operate the service.
Digital delivery
Digital products are normally delivered electronically after successful payment. Buyers are responsible for using an accurate email address and maintaining compatible software and devices.
Intellectual property
Users retain ownership of content they lawfully create. Users grant Big Texas Digital LLC the limited permission needed to host, display, process, deliver, and support that content through the platform. The BIG OS branding, software, design, and proprietary materials remain owned by Big Texas Digital LLC.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, security threats, unlawful activity, or failure to pay required fees.
Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Texas Digital LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.
