Information we collect

Big Texas Digital LLC may collect account information, contact information, product and order information, support communications, and technical information needed to operate The BIG OS.

Community messages

Messages posted in the BIG OS community are stored with the account's seller display name, account identifier, and posting time and are visible to other signed-in sellers. The account identifier is used for access control and moderation and is not displayed in the chat. Private reports may include the reported message, reason, optional details, reporter and reported account identifiers, moderator actions, and review timestamps. Seller block relationships are stored privately so blocked accounts can be excluded from community feeds. If you opt into Founding Builders, we store your member number, join time, and launch-vote selection to operate the program and display your founder recognition in community spaces. Deleted messages and moderation records may be retained when reasonably necessary for safety, dispute handling, legal compliance, and enforcement of the Terms of Service.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Big Texas Digital LLC does not store complete credit-card numbers. Stripe may collect and process payment, identity, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under its own privacy practices.

How information is used

Information may be used to provide accounts, create and deliver digital products, process orders, calculate platform fees, provide customer support, prevent misuse, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.

Visitor guide and email updates

The public BIG OS visitor guide provides prepared answers without storing the visitor's chat transcript. If a visitor voluntarily enters an email address and agrees to receive the starter steps and occasional updates, Big Texas Digital LLC records the email address, the consent wording and version, the date and time of consent, the signup source, and email delivery or unsubscribe status.

Marketing email recipients may unsubscribe at any time using the link in each message. Unsubscribed addresses are retained on a suppression list so that marketing messages are not restarted accidentally.

Beta Circle applications and feedback

If you apply to test THE BIG OS or submit beta feedback, we store the information you provide, such as your name, Google-account email address, Android device, testing context, participation agreement, and feedback details. We use this information only to operate and improve the beta program, coordinate access, and respond to product issues. It is not sold to advertisers.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, account recovery codes, or other sensitive credentials through beta forms. Beta participation does not require a public rating or review.

Sharing information

Information may be shared with payment processors, hosting and database providers, sellers or buyers when necessary to complete an order, professional advisers, and government authorities when legally required. Personal information is not sold to advertisers.

Data security and retention

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect account and transaction information. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for operations, dispute handling, legal compliance, and recordkeeping.

Account deletion

You can start a secure account-deletion request from our account-deletion page. We remove or anonymize personal data that we are not required to retain. Limited records may be retained only where necessary for payment, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, safety, or other legal obligations, and we confirm when the request is complete.
